We are currently looking for a Resource Planning Manager who is ready for challenges and unconventional solutions. You will lead the process of establishing the resource management function within the IT company, implementing modern technologies and methodologies, monitoring productivity and workload, as well as planning workforce capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and forecasting resources (annual, quarterly, monthly) across the required analytical dimensions.
• Analyzing resource planning data and actual time usage using Power Query.
• Setting up reporting and monitoring metrics to reflect resource utilization efficiency.
• Improving existing processes based on efficiency analysis and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Maintaining up-to-date role and driver models, benchmarking.
• Managing the bench.
• Enhancing the company’s time-tracking system, integrating working time data into resource calculations, and developing relevant reporting.
• Organizing and conducting management meetings to make decisions on resource management.
• Communicating at a senior and middle management level.
• Preparing presentations, meeting summaries, and ensuring follow-up on agreed actions.

Required Professional Experience & Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel and Power Query.
• Understanding of resource management (e.g., working time norms, IT market roles).
• Experience working with APQC, Gartner, and Computer Economics reviews.
