Job Description:
Our client in the investment industry is looking to hire an Omani Senior Administrative Officer for their company. Ideal candidate will report to the Senior Manager Operations.
Responsibilities:
Property Management
▪ Lead and supervise the administration team and daily office operations
▪ Manage service contracts, government submissions, company registration renewals
▪ Liaise with government entities (e.g., Ministry of Labour, Municipality, ROP)
▪ Review and approve documentation before submission to external parties
▪ Prepare reports, assist with budgeting, and monitor administrative costs
▪ Provide general administrative support to management and staff
▪ Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and logistics Administrative Operations
▪ Facilitate the companies procurement requirements
▪ Facilitate with marketing and positioning requirements for the company
▪ Prepare RFPs (Requests for Proposal).
▪ Support procurement and vendor evaluation processes assist in drafting Arabic letters.
▪ Support departmental logistics as needed.
▪ Handle billing tasks, internal memos, and reporting.
▪ Liaise with external contacts including local authorities and partner organizations to support smooth administration.
HR Support Responsibilities
▪ Assist HR Manager with the necessary HR requirements
▪ Coordinate with PROs for employee visa processing, renewals, and labor cards.
Requirement
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Administration or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience coordinating with local authorities and ministries
