Role Description

This is a Immediate full-time on-site role for a Primary School Coordinator at our Bishkek campus. The Primary School Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the primary school, develop and implement educational programs, ensure adherence to educational standards, and support teachers in curriculum delivery. Responsibilities also include fostering a positive learning environment, engaging with parents and the community, coordinating student development activities, and promoting professional development for staff.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Educational Leadership
• Experience in Education, Training, and Youth Development
• Proven ability to develop and implement educational programs
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with a Master's preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is required
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is an asset
