Customer Support Intern

What awaits you?

  • Preparing and providing customer support business related reports.
  • Daily communication and coordination of goods delivery with internal and external suppliers.
  • Providing support in marketing topics (translating and checking website content and marketing campaign materials).
  • Support in different aftersales topics (parts & logistics).
  • Invoicing.
  • Providing support to BMW dealer network.

What should you bring along?

  • Native in Slovenian and fluent in English.
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Accurate, independent and structured working attitude.
  • Proactive and flexible hands-on mentality.
  • Driving license B (driving license A is desired).
  • Ongoing studies.
  • Passionate about BMW Group's brands and products.

What you can look forward to?

  • Employment type: lnternship 120 hours/month
  • Contract: Student referral via Trenkwalder
  • Desired starting date: October 2025
  • Duration: 6 - 12 Months
