RTG Operator

Job Description Responsibilities and duties: Vessel and yard operation

• Responsible for the safety and discipline in the work area.
• Load and unload vehicles according to instructions.
• Follow move instructions and work area being dispatched from time to time.
• Consider container door direction when grounding in yard.

General

• Check /inspect any defect / damages to the equipment before start of work.
• Inspect the RTG and fill – in the checklist on weekly basis.
• Report and engine trouble or other defects during operations to avoid further damage.
• Initiate proper log-in and log-off on VMT and GAHEZ System.
• Update all container movements in the system for grounding and shifting.
• Take special care on trucks with side panels.
• Ensure that the CT Supervisor or Forman is present when cross or travelling the RTG.
• Ensure both runways are clear before travelling the RTG.
• Undertake routine cleaning of cabin and windows.
• Ensure safety and correct parking of RTG during bad weather or after operations.
• Strictly follow the storm and bad weather procedure.
• Hand-over all necessary information regarding the status of the equipment, VMT unit to the next shift operator.
• Contribute to achieving the company targets by following QHSE rules and regulations for operating and maintenance procedures related to job activities.
• Report & respond as appropriate to any hazardous condition/act immediately.

Qualification And Certificates

• Above Intermediate Educational Degree
• Skill Level Measurement Certificate
• Professional and Occupational License
• Equipment driving license.

Experience And Knowledge

• Work Experience in terminal operations minimum 4 years and preferable 6 years in the same roles
• Fully Conversant with Safety Procedures

تحميل وتفريغ الشاحنات حسب التعليمات الواردة-

اتباع تعليمات النقل ومنطقة العمل التي يتم بها التحميل و التعبئة و النقل من وقت لآخر-

الأخذ في الأعتبار اتجاه باب الحاوية عند تخزين الحاويات في الساحات-

العمل بشكل عام

• الفحص والتحقق من أي عطل أوضرر للمعدات قبل بدء العمل-

فحص معدة ، RTG استخدام برنامج جاهز-

الإبلاغ على الفور عن أي مشكلة في المحرك أو تلف آخر لتجنب المزيد من الأضرار-

VMTبدء تسجيل الدخول والخروج بشكل صحيح على نظام-

تحديث جميع حركات الحاوية في النظام لإجراء عملية تفريغ الحاويات و نقلها-

توخ الحذر بشكل خاص عند التعامل مع الشاحنات ذات الألواح الجانبية-

التأكد من وجود مشرف أو فورمان العمليات أثناء عبور الطريق أو تحريك المعدة من ساحة تخزين الى أخرى-

التأكد من خلو الطريق أثناء عبور أو تحريك المعدة من ساحة تخزين الى أخرى-

تنظيف كابينة و نوافذ المُعدة بإستمرار من الداخل-

أثناء سوء الأحوال الجوية أو بعد إنهاء المهمة المطلوبةRTG ضمان السلامة و الوقوف الآمن لمعدة ال-

اتباع إجراءات العاصفة و سوء الأحوال الجوية بدقة و حذر-

إلى مُشغل الوردية التاليةVMTتسليم جميع المعلومات اللازمة المتعلقة بحالة المعدات، و وحدة ال-

المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف الشركة من خلال اتباع قواعد ولوائح الجودة والصحة والسلامة المهنية والبيئة-

• لإجراءات التشغيل والصيانة المتعلقة بمهام تلك الوظيفة

الإبلاغ والأستجابة الفورية لأي حالة طوارئ أو فعل خطر إذا لزم الأمر-

المؤهلات والشهادات: حاصل على مؤهل فوق المتوسط-

حاصل على شهادة قياس مستوى المهارة-

حاصل على رخصة مزاولة مهنة-

حاصل على رخصة قيادة المعدات الثقيلة -

الخبرة والمعرفة: لديه خبرة عمل بالمواني من 4 الى 6 سنوات في نفس المهام-

الإلمام بإجراءات السلامة-
