Job Description:
Role Overview We’re hiring a Director of Operations to help scale and systematize our internal operations at ONEiO , a fast-growing Managed Service Provider redefining how integrations are delivered. Reporting to the VP of Operations , this role ensures our internal foundation — Finance, HR, Legal, and Administration — is robust, efficient, and aligned with our growth goals.
You’ll work closely with the executive team, translating strategy into execution through structured operations. This is a builder role for someone who thrives on clarity, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage core business functions: Oversee day-to-day operations across Finance, HR, Legal, and Admin in partnership with the VP of Operations.
- Build scalable processes: Design and implement internal workflows that enable cross-functional collaboration and growth.
- Drive operational rhythm: Coordinate planning, reporting, and performance routines that support the company’s goals.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with Product, Customer Experience, and Growth leadership to align execution with strategy.
- Own internal enablement: Introduce ways of working that improve alignment, decision-making, and productivity across the company.
- Ensure compliance: Maintain legal and regulatory readiness across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support people operations: Improve HR systems and practices that support a strong, values-driven culture during growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in operations leadership within Managed Services, IT, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of financial management, people operations, and business process design.
- Demonstrated ability to scale internal operations in growing or complex organizations.
- A structured thinker who brings clarity and consistency to fast-moving environments.
- Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator, comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Someone who thrives on execution, accountability, and improving how work gets done.
