About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Operations & Commercial Manager with a strong financial background to take a leading role across a diverse portfolio of SME businesses, including retail, hospitality, distribution, and a property investment arm.

This is a hands-on senior leadership role for someone who can manage daily operations, make strategic financial decisions, and lead teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations across multiple businesses, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
• Evaluate management performance and restructure teams where needed.
• Lead business integration and potential mergers with other SMEs.
• Work closely with accountants to monitor budgets, cashflow, and profitability.
• Manage legal, licensing, and conveyancing matters.
• Oversee property acquisitions, sales, and banking relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in operations, commercial management, or finance leadership .
• Strong financial background (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent experience).
• Skilled in evaluating teams, processes, and commercial opportunities.
• Flexible, adaptable, and confident in decision-making.
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
