Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and selecting reliable suppliers and service providers.
  • Request and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper approvals are obtained.
  • Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.
  • Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
  • Verify goods/services received match the required specifications and quantities.
  • Assist in negotiating prices, terms, and delivery timelines with vendors.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse or inventory team.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support the preparation of procurement reports and analytics.
  • Liaise with internal departments to clarify purchase requirements.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Procurement Manager.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered).
  • 1–2 years of procurement or supply chain experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (advantageous).

Office-based with occasional supplier visits.

  • May require overtime to meet urgent procurement needs.
