What are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant, Customer and Claims Servicing to support policy servicing operations using internal systems. This role will coordinate with cross-functional departments and assist in claims processing and related communications. The ideal candidate will work closely with the servicing team and other stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive customer experience aligned with company standards.
What are we expecting from this role?
- Execute end-to-end policy servicing requests, ensuring accurate deployment within the system.
- Coordinate with distribution teams and cross-functional departments to collect and verify necessary documents for daily operations.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the system and collaborate with IT teams to ensure optimal user experience and functionality.
- Support claims processing, including reviewing submitted documents and assisting in the overall claims handling process.
- Communicate directly with customers as needed, providing assistance for both policy servicing and claims communication.
- Handle tasks assigned by line manager.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related fields
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good written and spoken English
- Able to work under pressure with defined timelines
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Able to interact with internal and external stakeholders on various levels
