Assistant Manager- Testing

Job Description

• Product Performance Approval- Testing of New Models for Domestic and International Market as per Project Plan, Analysis of Data and Report Generation, Installation of product, Product setup requirements
• Lab Operation, Safety & Maintenance- Lab Utilization MIS, Preventive and Break down maintenance, Procurement of Consumables / Spares / Capital items, Housekeeping of lab area, Safety of lab equipment and personnel, Interaction and service finalization with service providers
• Quality Check Program- Periodic Correlation and Calibration as per plan, Intermediate calibration, ILC process owner
• Lab and Product Certification – Interaction with respective agencies and Documentations for NABL Certification / AHRI Certification / Satellite Certification program /Product Certifications
• Testing Standards- Study of Field Failures and Lab Failure and development of new test conditions / Participate in DVVP / Understanding of Standards
• People Development- Training to operators and technician, Discuss the Key points of Standards with operators and Technicians,
• Productivity Improvement- Regular Improvement in Lab Operation to improve Productivity & Quality of Testing by introducing/updating new Tools/software

Key Responsibilities

• Good Understanding of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Experience in Testing of Air Conditioner/ Visi-cooler/ Refrigerator/ Freezer
• Hands on Knowledge in Testing of Refrigeration & Air-conditioning System
• HVAC Product Testing Standards and ISO 17025
• Measurement Uncertainty, Proficiency Testing
