Mall Operations Supervisor

Job Description:

• Oversee daily operation, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and ability to work under pressure.
• Ensure the contracted manpower is attended and allocated as per contracted.
• Clear communication skills for interacting with clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth negotiations.
• Handle effectively all customers/tenants' complaints and requests ensuring proper actions are being taken as per agreed communication guidelines.
• Operate CRM system through proper creation and follow up on ticket cycle.
• Ensure Health and safety standards are met across operations
• Monitor, Report and address issues and provide solutions to maintain an efficient work environment
• Supervise and participate in the execution of the promotion and marketing activities including the organization, safe setup and dismantling.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Experience in Mall/Retail Operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast packed environment.
• Focus on client needs and concerns, offering appropriate solutions.
• Good command of English and Arabic both written and spoken.
• Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel knowledge.
