We are seeking an experienced Truck Driver Recruiter to attract, screen, and hire qualified drivers (Dry Van, Flatbed, and Straight Truck and others) to join our growing fleet. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the trucking industry, DOT compliance requirements, and proven success in building strong driver pipelines. This role requires exceptional communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a results-driven approach to meet monthly hiring goals.

• Familiarity with CRM system.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with recruiting software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and load board driver postings.
• Knowledge of use of the driver recruiting boards.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding driver hiring targets.
