Job Summary Build visibility program, coordinate with Category Trade MKT to design merchandising plan in accordance with product launch/relaunch, tracking and evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising activities, responsible for POSM management, budget management...

Job Responsibilities Build visibility images at traditional grocery stores through Permanent and Extra CTTBs.

Coordinate with Trade CAT Lead to build visibility/merchandising programs for each time period for each product launch/re-launch/focused program for the product line

Effectively deploy visibility activities to distribution system

Tracking monthly visibility progress in term of registration and implementation

Evaluate program effectiveness in terms of sales/achievement/failure rate on DMS and in reality

Summarize and send monthly program results to Sales

Discuss with Trade CAT Lead and Brand to come up with suitable POSM ideas for each product of the company. Evaluate the feasibility of POSM when deployed to the market, POSM quality... and take into action.

Monitor and manage the work process of Merchandising team (field situation, weekly reports/product launch reports/Projects/merchandising results…)

Control and monitor POSM production budget & visibility activity in GT channel within the approved budgetupon AP and MUF.

Implement projects to enhance the visibility in the industry, support new products (sampling support, promotional POSM, display POSM, sales support; Organize and book sales brief services to launch new products, customer conference events…

Set up and control performance results according to DMS
