Corporate Security Manager

Role Summary:

Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of METRO Kazakhstan’s employees, assets, and operations through effective risk management, loss prevention, and crisis response.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the security team across all locations.

Develop and implement security strategies and anti-theft measures.

Oversee technical security systems (CCTV, IDS, EAS).

Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services.

Manage security budgets and contracts.

Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.

Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and anti-terror regulations.

Train staff on security protocols and crisis response.

Requirements:

Experience in law enforcement (preferably retired).

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

At least Intermediate English; fluent in Russian and Kazakh.

Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
