Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Overseas dealer management: Promote the general agent to establish a localized service management system, guide dealers to improve their service management level and control the ability of service outlets; Follow up on the after-sales preparation work of new car launch dealers and supervise the launch of new products by overseas dealers.
2. Sales region and backend support: Support various business modules in the backend to investigate, track and handle after-sales and other issues.
3. Market competitor analysis: benchmarking the after-sales management policies of competitors, optimizing our own after-sales management system and processes; Conduct research on the competitive situation in the area under the responsibility of the research institute, collect information on the channels, distribution, prices, policies, and other aspects of market competitors, and assist dealers in formulating reasonable competitive strategies.
4. Satisfaction improvement: Closed loop tracking of general customer complaints in the responsible area, guiding dealers to develop corrective measures and implement them;
Promote the implementation of CSI satisfaction surveys in the responsible area.
Job requirements:
1. Priority will be given to majors related to vehicle engineering and automotive services;
2. English can be used as a working language and can adapt to overseas business trips;
3. 5 years or more of work experience, with relevant experience in after-sales service;
4. Has strong communication and management skills.
