Job Title: Primary Supervisor / Music Teacher

Location: Airport Residential Area, Accra, Ghana

Reports To: Principal

Role Overview

We are seeking two dedicated education professionals to join our team. The Cambridge Primary Supervisor will lead our academic excellence initiatives, while the Music Teacher will inspire creativity and musical development in young learners. Both positions offer opportunities to make a significant impact in primary education.

Position 1: Primary Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Cambridge Primary curriculum delivery and maintain academic standards
• Lead and mentor teaching staff with classroom observations and feedback
• Monitor student progress and coordinate professional development
• Implement assessment frameworks and manage curriculum resources

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of International primary teaching experience
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience
• Specialist experience teaching English
• Organised, reliable, critical thinker
• Dynamic, modern and creative individual
• Bachelor's degree in Education (Master's preferred)

Position 2: Music Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging music curriculum for primary students (ages 1-6)
• Teach vocals and multiple musical instruments
• Lead school choirs and organise stage performances
• Assess student progress and maintain musical equipment
• Integrate music across the curriculum and communicate with parents

Requirements:

• Valid teaching qualification in Music Education
• Experience teaching primary-aged children (years 1-6)
• Proficient in vocals and multiple instruments
• Strong classroom management skills
• Passionate, creative and child-friendly
• Ability to lead choirs and stage performances
• Proficient with music curriculum delivery
