We are seeking an experienced Service Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute IT-related projects within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and a track record of successful project delivery.

THE JOB DESCRIPTION IN A NUTSHELL:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and user needs.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and scope, while identifying and mitigating risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, operations) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and documentation, and track project progress to ensure deliverables are met.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues.
- Ensure that the project scope aligns with the overall business objectives and that any changes are effectively managed.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, industry standards, and regulations.
- Cultivate a collaborative, results-driven team culture and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
WHAT SKILLS ARE NEEDED?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and systems integration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Proficient in English;
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (if required).
