We’re Hiring: Logistics Specialist

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Logistics Specialist to join a growing international team and support logistics operations across the Central Asian region. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth import processes, efficient transportation flows, and effective collaboration with regional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage goods administration (sales items & merchandising materials) through internal systems
• Coordinate order completion, payment tracking, shipping documentation, and delivery status
• Organize international transportation to Kazakhstan and CIS countries (Air, Truck, Rail, etc.)
• Oversee customs clearance processes, liaising with brokerage companies and ensuring compliance with local legislation
• Arrange product certification for new items
• Supervise warehouse operations, including acceptance, labeling, stocking, and shipment preparation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of logistics experience in an international environment (retail, FMCG, pharma, spare parts, or equipment preferred)
• Higher education, ideally in logistics or a related field
• Strong communication skills in Russian and English
• Solid knowledge of order administration, import processes, customs clearance, and transportation
• Excellent Excel skills and an analytical mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
