WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITI**

• ES:Execute all aspects of video production according to established SOPs, from pre-production till the shoot
• ingExecute complete post-production workflow including assembly, color grading, and sound des
• ignOperate professional camera equipment to capture footage following shot lists and creative direct
• ionEnsure lighting, composition, and audio quality meet PM-International's high standa
• rdsFollowing established production workflows and technical specificati
• onsImplement proper file management and daily backup procedures following technical specificati
• onsCollaborate with other editors and videographers to ensure smooth post-production workf
