Delivery Manager

What you will be doing:

• Fostering a fruitful and integral partnership with the client, ensuring our role is recognized as essential to the project
• Facilitating frequent, close professional communication between our team and the client
• Strategizing ways to enhance the partnership, continuously seeking improvements in delivery quality and team satisfaction
• Re-evaluating team structure, identifying skill gaps, and ensuring succession planning
• Using data-driven metrics to monitor client satisfaction, performance quality and team well-being
• Creating or uncovering new business opportunities, contributing to the client’s growth and our own
• Managing budget planning and utilization to maximize revenue through valuable services

What you bring to the table:

• Previous experience as Delivery Manager

• Relevant experience in delivery management or guidance under a seasoned Delivery Manager
