Lean Lead

We are looking for an experienced Lean Lead to champion process optimization and operational excellence in a fast-paced fashion/garments manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Lean principles, with a track record of delivering measurable efficiency, cost, and quality improvements.

Requirements Key Responsibilities

• Lean Strategy & Execution - Design, implement, and sustain Lean strategies to enhance efficiency, eliminate waste, and improve productivity across the organization.
• Process Optimization - Analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to streamline operations.
• Cross-Functional Leadership - Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in executing Lean initiatives, ensuring alignment and measurable impact.
• Training & Capability Building - Develop and deliver Lean training programs to upskill employees on principles, tools, and best practices.
• Performance Measurement - Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of Lean initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement Culture - Foster an organization-wide mindset of ongoing improvement and innovation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of Lean projects.

Requirements

• Education - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Experience - Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Lean implementation, preferably in the fashion/garments industry.
• Certifications - Lean certification (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen) strongly preferred.
• Skills:

• Expertise in Lean tools and methodologies (Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
