Production Operator - Fuel Cell Humdifers

Job Title:       Production Operator – Fuel Cell Humidifiers

Reports to:      Production Manager

As a production operator you will be responsible for the throughput and quality of CORE’s latest 

products and a champion of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for meeting production targets while complying to quality parameters.

• Operate assigned workstation and be responsible to complete all changeover and total preventive 

actions as per check list.

• Ensure all Quality and shift documentation is completed.

• Be proactive in inventory management of consumables and always maintain 5S in the work 

area.

• Identify and help solve machinery problems. Work with Manufacturing Engineers to troubleshoot 

production problems.

• Support cross training for self and other team members on different machines to achieve 

efficiency and agility.

• Contribute to CORE’s culture of Lean Manufacturing, Innovation and Kaizen initiatives.

• Assist in the creation, implementation and improvement of procedures and systems.

• Understand and follow safety regulations – work in a safe manner and raise awareness of safety 

hazards.

• Observe behavior of each type of material in the process and provide feedback.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented.

• Experienced in material/inventory management.

• Experienced in operating production machinery.

• Comfortable with computers using MS office tools; Excel, Word, Outlook

• A winning, positive attitude is imperative.

• Flexibility to work Afternoon (3-11)Weekend availability is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be able to work Full time 40 hours per week from 3pm-11pm & Legally allowed to work in Canada.

Compensation for this position starts at $19.50/hour. Benefits include, Medical, Dental, RRSP match, & annual Discretionary bonus.
