Job Description:
We are seeking a process driven team member who will be pushing the efficiency of PRISM+ Malaysia Operations (including Logistics) infrastructure to the next level. Being a high growth electronics company, we are looking for a candidate who will be a strong self-starter and an inspiring leader to build a dynamic team to scale with our high growth.
This experienced and entrepreneur individual will help us drive up operations and logistics service excellency by going far and beyond, delivering the best possible value and service to our customers. The candidate will be considered a key member of PRISM+ Malaysia team and will report directly to Country Director of Malaysia.
Responsibilities of an Operation Manager but are not limited to{{:}

- Formulate Operation, Inventory & Logistic Services process, suitable management reporting metrics and performance management (KPIs). KPI owner and responsible for executing agreed KPI

- Manage day to day operation of 3PL management, Inventory accuracy and scaling PRISM+ Express own delivery flee

- Ensure 3PL warehouse execution of all Lazada/Shopee/Website sales as per SL

- Constantly optimize 3PL warehouse rates as our volume grow

- PRISM+ Express transportation budget owner, responsible for growing the flee
t
- Source for new 3PL warehouse to expand into different Malaysia states for fast fulfilmen
t
- Work closely with team to get accurate shipment estimated arrival and ensure 3PL warehouses have ample spac
e
- Provide operational support and help to execute the organization's strategic pla
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives while being compliance with regulation
s
- Coordinate with internal departments and external organization to bring about optimal service for the benefits of customers/stakeholder
s
- Train team to rectify service lapses and develop alternative plan
s
- Proven ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholder
s
Requirement
s
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or any relevant course of studie
s
- At least 7 years' experience in Operations role, having led the function for a minimum of 3 year
s
- You should have successfully scaled and led a high functioning Operations & Logistic team for a dynamic start-u
p
- A Hustler with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growt

- Strong understanding of business needs with a customer-first mindse
