Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate offline educational programs such as workshops, classes, seminars, and training sessions.
  • Manage scheduling for offline programs and coordinate with tutors for smooth program delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, collecting feedback from participants.
  • Supervise and support program coordinators, facilitators, and support staff. Provide training and development.
  • Contribute to the improvement of operational workflows within study abroad mentoring program.
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, partners, and stakeholders to promote programs.
  • Ensure all programs comply with regulations and safety standards.
  • Serve as the primary contact for handling complaints related to offline programs and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year in operations management, preferably in an educational or edutech environment.
  • Understanding of educational content, offline program operations, and stakeholder management.
  • Project management and scheduling.
  • Budget management and financial tracking for program execution.
  • Data analysis for evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Ability to adapt quickly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Willingness to work onsite at our Jakarta head office, remotely, or in a hybrid arrangement based on operational needs.
