Job Description:

We’re looking for a Client Delivery Lead who combines a product mindset, client empathy, technical know-how, and project management mastery to make every engagement a success.

This role is more than timelines and status updates - it’s about solving the right problem , guiding our teams with precision, and leading clients with clarity and confidence. You’ll collaborate deeply with clients and internal teams, translating business goals into smart technical solutions, and ensuring we build the right thing the right way .

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Be the trusted point of contact for clients, building confidence and alignment from kickoff to delivery.
  • Understand the client’s goals, constraints, and organizational context.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively - no surprises.
  • Lead weekly status updates, manage priorities, and surface blockers early.
  • Facilitate demos, feedback sessions, and decision points with a consultative approach.

Product & Delivery Leadership

  • Turn vague business goals into actionable technical requirements.
  • Drive clarity and focus - challenge assumptions and avoid unstrategic or unscalable approaches.
  • Partner with engineers and designers to shape solutions that balance technical feasibility, user value, and business impact.
  • Identify risks early and push back when ideas aren’t viable from a business or technical perspective.
  • Maintain clarity in scope, priorities, and documentation - always advocating for value over volume.
  • Own delivery roadmaps, timelines, task management, QA, and go-live readiness.

Project Management Excellence

  • Deliver crisp, honest, trusted updates.
  • Keep documentation up to date - tickets, reports, delivery plans.
  • Anticipate risks and trade-offs to keep delivery resilient.
  • Use structure to create clarity (timelines, swimlanes, RAID logs) without unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Keep the “why” front and center, connecting work to business value.

  • You’ve led client-facing projects in tech or digital for a few years and know how to get things done.
  • You can take a fuzzy idea, figure out what it really means, and turn it into a clear plan for the team.
  • You’re comfortable working side-by-side with engineers and designers and can speak their language.
  • Clients trust you — even when you have to push back or deliver hard news.
  • You keep projects moving, spot risks early, and know how to unblock a team fast.
  • You write and speak clearly - no jargon, no confusion.
  • You stay organized across multiple projects without drowning in process.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in a startup, agency, or consulting gig where priorities change on a dime.
