【Job Position: Commercial Specialist in BYD fót battery factory】

【Location: fót, Pest, Hungary】

Your Tasks:

1. Receive customer orders, track and reply the delivery time and delivery of customer orders, and ensure delivery on time and in quantity;

2, check the delivery and customer online plan gap; Gap and other abnormal coordination and early warning;

3. Arrange commodity inspection, booking and export declaration of overseas orders;

4, all customer delivery data check, reconciliation and invoicing; Responsible for following up payment collection and overdue account handling;

5. Responsible for reviewing the delivery terms of the contract;

6. Complete the tasks assigned by superiors.

Your Profile:

1. Good English skills in speaking, listening, writing and reading. Hungarian or Chinese language skill is a plus.
2. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or relative majors.
3. Work Experience: more than 2-year relevant commercial experience, with preference given to those with experience in manufacturing sector.
4. Strong learning and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of working closely with various departments.
