Batch Plant Operator
Overview A Batch Plant Operator is responsible for overseeing the operation of a concrete batch plant, ensuring the production of high-quality concrete products that meet customer specifications and industry standards. They monitor and control the mixing process, maintain equipment, and ensure safe and efficient operations.
Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 experience years as Labour in batch plant or as Batch Plant Operator.
Knowledge Ocmer batch plant , Mika Batch plant and Alcon batch plant
Knowledge of concrete production processes and material.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy machinery.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
Computer literate and experience with computerized batch plant control systems.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
