Purpose of the Role:

To ensure completeness and accuracy of finance transactions

To build and maintain a secure, compliant and efficient financial system, supporting the Myanmar financial process and reporting.

Expectations of the Role:

Prepare and posting daily finance transactions (payment vouchers, receipt vouchers and journal transactions).

• Checking General Ledger and preparing Trial Balance

• Checking and controlling import and local purchase cycle process

• Monitoring Non-current assets controlling process

• Checking Daily physical Cash and Bank balances

• Assist in preparing Financial Statements

• Perform bank reconciliation for all local and overseas banks

• Checking expenses claim and reimburse of expenditure

• Monitor staff advance payment to ensure the settlement are cleared according to timeline.

• Support management on budgeting process

Attributes Required:

Must-Have:

• Must have conceptual skill in Fundamental of Accounting concept, Familiar with compliance procedure of Myanmar Taxation - such as Commercial Tax, Withholding Tax

• Must have strong practical skill in Accounting Software process and flow – such as SAP

• Must have internal control process skill – such as document flows

• Must have advance excel skill

Advantage to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA(partial or full-flag) or ACCA-part II

• 2+ years of corporate finance experience, including tax reporting and auditing.

• MNC experience preferred

• SAP experience is a key value-adding

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Strong English skills (speaking & writing)

• flexible and able to work under pressure

• good time management and the ability to meet deadlines
