Our Client – an MNC from the FMCG industry – is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead transformation initiatives, elevate service standards, and drive end-to-end efficiency in the Order-to-Cash-to-Delivery process. This role is ideal for a leader passionate about customer satisfaction, digitalization, and team development in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management and process improvement initiatives across the customer service and logistics functions.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by enhancing service quality and delivering operational excellence.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing customer service team, fostering engagement and skill growth.
  • Oversee order management processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery in line with service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, IT, Planning, Quality, and 3PL partners.
  • Utilize data analysis and reporting to identify gaps, improve service performance, and anticipate risks.
  • Act as key user for ERP and customer service tools, ensuring smooth deployment and user training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in customer service operations, order management, logistics, or demand planning.
  • At least 3 years leading teams or managing 3PL partners.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision) and strong MS Office skills; PowerBI knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in a multinational FMCG environment is preferred.
