The British School of Bahrain is committed to providing a high-quality, international education for students in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We are a selective, coeducational, independent Nursery-through-Year 13 school. Our curriculum is based on the National Curriculum for England and Wales, with some adaptations to the local context and offers IGCSE and A-Level/BTEC examinations. While the language of academic instruction is English, we are a truly international school, and our pupils and staff come from over 82 different nationalities. We are seeking to appoint a Reprographics Assistant to start in September 2025. The candidate must be a Bahraini, with ability to operate photocopying machine. Secondary school fresh graduates are welcome to apply. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The role comprises (but not limited to):

  • Photocopy worksheets as required
  • Photocopy assessment papers and deliver to classes for assessments
  • Laminate materials as required.
  • Digitise resources to upload to shared drives
  • Print out and bind workbooks for Arabic, Islam and Citizenship, as per the Ministry of Education requirement
  • Collate and photocopy reply slips and payments for all trips
  • Produce paper copies of cycle tests if needed in emergencies
  • Organise orderly and secure storage of supplies
  • Create and display signs/directions for the regular welcome talks/parent events/school productions

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Holds a Bahraini passport
  • Secondary School graduate
  • Ability to operate photocopying machine
  • Good command of written and verbal English communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
