Job Description:

Role Purpose Developing and managing the value-added services offered for the company with the main goal of enhancing customer experience and driving revenue growth.

Position Information

  • Unit: Commercial
  • Division: Customer Life Cycle Management

Requirements Minimum role requirements :

  • Bachelor in relevant discipline
  • 6 years of relevant experience

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify opportunities for customer value-added services
  • Contribute to strategy development and implementation
  • Collaborate with departments and vendors for service development
  • Work with Pricing & Business Cases for pricing and marketing strategies
  • Analyze feedback and data for service improvement and new opportunities
  • Monitor quality, delivery, and customer experience of value-added services
  • Implement policies and procedures for service management and delivery
  • Monitor competitors and identify trends for new service opportunities
  • Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements for services
  • Define metrics for measuring service success and track performance
  • Provide training and support to internal teams for service understanding and marketing
  • Ensure legal compliance of value-added services with applicable laws
  • Establish relationships with external partners and vendors for service development
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate services into the overall customer experience
  • Report regularly to senior management on service performance and recommend improvements
  • Set SMART KPIs, evaluate employee performance, and provide support for skills development
