Job Description:
Role Purpose Developing and managing the value-added services offered for the company with the main goal of enhancing customer experience and driving revenue growth.
Position Information

Requirements Minimum role requirements :
- Bachelor in relevant discipline
- 6 years of relevant experience
Key Accountabilities
- Identify opportunities for customer value-added services
- Contribute to strategy development and implementation
- Collaborate with departments and vendors for service development
- Work with Pricing & Business Cases for pricing and marketing strategies
- Analyze feedback and data for service improvement and new opportunities
- Monitor quality, delivery, and customer experience of value-added services
- Implement policies and procedures for service management and delivery
- Monitor competitors and identify trends for new service opportunities
- Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements for services
- Define metrics for measuring service success and track performance
- Provide training and support to internal teams for service understanding and marketing
- Ensure legal compliance of value-added services with applicable laws
- Establish relationships with external partners and vendors for service development
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate services into the overall customer experience
- Report regularly to senior management on service performance and recommend improvements
- Set SMART KPIs, evaluate employee performance, and provide support for skills development
