Job Description:
Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Yangon, Myanmar
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Calendar Management:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Ensure all appointments are prioritized and adjusted based on business needs.
• Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for key meetings.
Communication Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential communications with discretion.
• Draft, review, and edit emails, presentations, and official documents.
Administrative & Operational Support:
• Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks for the CEO, ensuring smooth office operations.
• Prepare expense reports and ensure proper record-keeping.
• Assist in organizing corporate events and strategy sessions.
Project Coordination & Strategic Support:
• Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects driven by the CEO.
• Monitor project milestones and deadlines.
• Prepare analytical reports and market research for decision-making.
Client Relations & Networking:
• Coordinate high-level meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare briefing materials for client engagements.
• Maintain professionalism during client interactions and public appearances.
Confidentiality & Trust Management:
• Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing honest feedback and insights when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment.
