Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Full process management of warehouse receiving, storage, sorting, and dispatching to ensure efficient and standardized operations;
2. Responsible for implementing 5S management, inventory counts, and warehouse location optimization, etc., to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency;
3. Responsible for supervising the enforcement of warehouse management systems and operating procedures, identifying issues and promoting optimization;
4. Based on product shipping data and business scenarios, comprehensively evaluate costs, timing, and planning needs, develop operational plans, and optimize the entire chain's visualized performance management;
5. Responsible for monitoring warehouse costs (labor, consumables, equipment, facilities, etc.), and proposing cost-saving and efficiency improvement plans;
6. Responsible for analyzing operational data (such as inbound and outbound efficiency, shipping accuracy, etc.), to optimize resource allocation;
◆ Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in logistics management, supply chain management, international trade, etc.;
2.Fluent in English (can be used as a working language), proficiency in Chinese preferred (conversational level);
3.More than 3 years of warehouse logistics management experience (preferably in the home appliance industry), familiar with the entire supply chain operation;
4.Good communication and coordination skills, with a team collaboration spirit and problem-solving awareness;
