Senior Business Manager – German-speaking Switzerland (Engineering / LS)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Manager to strengthen our presence in the German-speaking part of Switzerland .

This role is ideal for a professional with consulting experience in the Swiss German market , fluent in Swiss German or High German , and ready to take over the Zurich region as a key strategic hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the business in Engineering / Life Sciences
• Drive business development activities to develop our client portfolio across German-speaking Switzerland.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored consulting solutions.
• Collaborate internally with the different Center of Expertise and Global Delivery Center to create offerings and deliver projects.
• Represent Akkodis professionally in the region, developing long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Swiss German or High German and English, French is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the sector.
• Background in consulting, in the Swiss German region is required.
• Experience in Engineering / Life Sciences sectors.
• Experience in IT and Digital Consulting is a plus.
• Experience in selling and managing Work Packages and Fixed Price Projects
• Strong business development mindset and a hands-on attitude.
• Previous people management experience is mandatory
