Executive - Operations (Air) , Location: Cairo , Egypt

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage airline ticketing operations using GDS systems: Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
- Handle cancellations, rebooking, modifications, and special service requests as per customer requirements.
- Process exchanges, voids, and refunds using LCC (Low-Cost Carrier) back-end portals.
- Manage exchanges, voids, and refunds for NDC-X, Farelogix, and other relevant airline tools/platforms.
- Assist passengers with inquiries related to flight schedules, fare rules, baggage policies, and pricing.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional support to resolve travel-related issues.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for updates, flight disruptions, and escalations.
- Ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies and industry standards.
