Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Learning & Development Planning
• Assess organizational and individual learning needs through surveys, interviews, performance reviews, and consultation with managers.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the annual L&D strategy and training calendar.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with training and development policies.
Training Program Design & Delivery
• Design and deliver engaging training sessions (face-to-face and online) that meet identified needs.
• Coordinate with external training providers and consultants as required.
• Prepare training materials, manuals, and handouts.
Monitoring & Evaluation
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and post-training reviews.
• Prepare training reports, metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
• Track employee participation and progress in development programs.
Employee Development Support
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Promote continuous learning and knowledge-sharing within the organization.
• Assist in career development initiatives, mentoring programs, and talent management projects.
Administrative and Operational Support
• Maintain up-to-date training databases, learning management systems (LMS), and other L&D tools.
• Ensure training documentation is properly filed and accessible.
• Assist in budget tracking for training expenses.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and presentation skills ,Knowledge of instructional design and learning principles
• Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training impact ,Collaborative and proactive attitude
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar HR role
• Experience in designing and delivering training is essential
• Passion for learning and helping others grow , High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
