We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Finance Analyst to join our growing team and support our strategic, operational, and financial decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial models, forecasts, and budgets for ongoing and upcoming EPC projects.
- Project Finance & Cost Control: Monitor capital expenditure, project cash flows, and working capital requirements, ensuring optimal financial efficiency.
- Bid & Proposal Support: Collaborate with the tendering team to prepare financial estimates, conduct sensitivity analysis, and assess the financial feasibility of EPC bids.
- Funding & Investment Analysis: Evaluate debt, equity, and other financing options for large-scale infrastructure projects; assist in liaising with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess financial risks in contracts, project execution, and currency/interest rate exposure, recommending mitigation strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Prepare periodic MIS reports, variance analysis, and KPI tracking for management review.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to IFRS/NFRS accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- M&A & Strategic Initiatives: Support management in evaluating joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic investments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CA/CFA/ACCA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in corporate finance, preferably in EPC, infrastructure, or energy sector.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, financial software).
- Understanding of EPC project lifecycles, contracts, and cost structures.
- Knowledge of corporate taxation, project financing, and treasury management.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
