Job Description:

Responsible for leading Xiaomi’s home appliance after-sales service operations in Indonesia. This includes implementing after-sales strategies, building service capabilities across regions, managing on-site operations, and ensuring high-quality customer service, operational efficiency, and strong service team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the landing of after-sales business of Home Appliance products and the construction of after-sales capabilities in various regions
  • Landing and improvement of business processes, including installation, maintenance and handling of broken machines
  • Support various services of after-sales network, and help service providers and engineers to deal with various anomalies

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in service management within the home appliance industry or related sectors
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities

Role Scope & Direction

Oversee and manage all on-site service operations for Xiaomi’s home appliance category in Indonesia.
