SALES REPRESENTATIVE LOGISTICS/ OVERSEAS

JOB DESCRIPTION

Local Logistics:

• Search, consult and introduce the company's logistics services such as: Air freight, sea freight (LCL & FCL), customs declaration, domestic transportation, warehousing...
• Consult solutions related to delivery - transportation, handle customer requests.
• Make quotes, negotiate terms and draft contracts.
• Monitor and process shipments; coordinate with relevant departments to resolve arising issues, collect debts.
• Maintain and take care of customer relationships, develop the domestic market.

International/ Overseas :

• Work with the existing agent list and proactively search for new international agents (Agents).
• Promote the brand and update market information, freight rates to foreign agents.
• Negotiate and sign agreements, monitor the progress of international shipments, coordinate to resolve arising issues.
• Support debt collection from foreign agents.
• Maintain and expand relationships with international partners, develop foreign markets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Male/Female from 21 years old and above.
• Graduated from college/university in the following majors: Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, Marketing or related majors.
• Priority is given to candidates with more than 01 year of experience in the field of logistics and international sales.
• Having the will to strive, be progressive, good foreign language skills (English or Chinese) are an advantage.
• Skills in synthesizing information, time management, handling arising problems, good communication skills
• Dynamic, progressive and eager to learn.
