Purpose

Oversee full-cycle accounting, including accurate data entry and invoicing. Prepare VAT returns and generate essential financial reports and analyses

Key responsibilities

• Supplier/customer accounting (Astra key user, input of overheads and RM invoices, respect of procedure, matching invoices in relevant IT system, creation customer invoices, communication with suppliers/customers (reminders))
• Full responsibility for VAT evidence and preparation all relevant documents, creation VAT tax return and tax statements
• Communication with Tax office
• Balance sheet reconciliation (management of provision, accruals)
• Procedure documentation (Creation of procedures)
• Participation to the monthly closure- dedicated tasks (accrual, provision,…), back up IT system closure)
• Continuous improvement of financial controls on site
• External and internal audits support
• Participation in budget preparation and budget controlling
• ad-hoc tasks as requested by the manager
• cooperation with other department
• comply with the personal rules for contamination control, working procedures and internal company policies
• keep the workplace clean
• meet the requirements of internal processes in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and respect the obligation to comply with legal requirements in the field of health and safety, environmental protection and fire protection, thereby actively contributing to the continuous improvement of these systems
• Regular reporting.

Are you a match?

• economical education, training in financial accounting or 1-2 years experience could be an advantage
• solid accounting basics and knowledge of related legislation
• advanced English
• MS Office-Excel professional
• good communication skills, accuracy and detail orientation
