Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Supply Chain Functional Consultant to lead and support the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle SCM modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in supply chain processes, a proven track record with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) or Oracle Fusion SCM (Cloud), and the ability to translate business needs into effective, sustainable system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support full-cycle implementations of Oracle Supply Chain modules including: Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Procurement Cloud, Product Hub / Product Information Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics / Shipping Execution.
- Conduct business requirement workshops with stakeholders to define and document functional requirements.
- Configure Oracle SCM modules according to best practices and project needs.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, and training documents.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design integrations, conversions, and custom reports.
- Participate in data migration, testing cycles, training programs, and cutover planning.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvements.
- Work closely with Finance, Manufacturing, and IT teams for integrated business solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience in manufacturing and trading organizations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 or Oracle Fusion SCM full-cycle implementations.
- Oracle SCM certification (preferred).
- Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or public sector (preferred).
