Accountant

Location- No.S-7, Kant Kaw(1)Street, 5 Ward, Hlaing Township, Yangon

Working Days- Mon-Fri (9:00AM to 5:00PM),

Off Days- Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays

Keys Responsibilities

• Ø Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including:

o  Accounts Payable (AP)

o  Accounts Receivable (AR)

o  General Ledger (GL)

o  Advance Ledger

• Ø Prepare and analyze month-end and quarterly financial reports, including:

o  Profit & Loss Statement

o  Balance Sheet

o  Balance Sheet Extract

o  Inventory Balance Report

o  Quarterly Financial Reports

• Ø Monitor and verify daily inventory movements in coordination with the Warehouse Department.
• Ø Perform inventory valuation and calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
• Ø Prepare and submit monthly expense reports.
• Ø Maintain and update Accounts Receivable and Advance Ledger regularly.
• Ø Prepare supporting documentation and schedules for Income Tax compliance.
• Ø Prepare and submit quarterly Commercial Tax (CT) returns.
• Ø Reconcile partner reports and ensure accuracy.
• Ø Provide support to accounting team members as requested by the supervisor.
• Ø Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
