Location: Karachi, Pakistan** Job Summary Our client is seeking a motivated Operations Executive to support and enhance operational activities in the Karachi office, focusing on coordination with clients and shipping lines in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operational processes and client communication.
• Track shipments and help resolve issues.
• Support the operations team in process optimization.
• Maintain records of operational activities.
• Set up minimum price and knowledge of pricing strategy
• Assist in preparing reports on key metrics.
• Help identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Support department efficiency with ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in operations or related fields.
• Skills:
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Some exposure to or interest in the Canadian market.
