Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Operator-Juice Plant located in Lassipora, Pulwama. The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily plant operations, maintaining quality control, operating machinery, performing maintenance tasks, and handling forklift operations. The Plant Operator will ensure that all processes run efficiently and safely, adhering to company and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Plant Operations, including overseeing daily production activities
• Knowledge of Quality Control processes to maintain high standards
• Proficiency in Machine Operation and maintenance routines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience in the beverage industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications in plant or machine operation are beneficial
• Mechanical Engineering background is desirable
