Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a People Development Associate located in Myanmar. The People Development Associate will be responsible for collaborating with various departments to ensure training and development initiatives align with organizational goals.

As a People Development Associate, you will:

• Administer and maintain our training calendar and database with precision.
• Coordinate learning sessions, manage attendance, and ensure seamless training logistics.
• Prepare and deliver clear, well-structured training presentations.
• Support internal stakeholders with persuasive communication and a proactive mindset.
