Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate logistics schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
  • Manage the full order fulfilment process, from order receipt to delivery confirmation.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs declarations).
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, incoterms, and customs requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate with 3PL service providers for transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Monitor and track shipment status, proactively resolving delays or discrepancies.
  • Negotiate service terms and rates with 3PL providers to optimise cost and service quality.
  • Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to align logistics activities with operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate logistics performance reports, recommending process improvements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics planning, order management, import/export documentation, and 3PL coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of global shipping processes, incoterms, and customs clearance.
  • Proficiency in ERP or logistics management systems.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
