Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive / Sales Manager to lead our air cargo sales in the Maldives. Based in Malé, you will focus on building new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with key customers, and driving revenue growth across both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow sales opportunities in air freight, cross-border logistics, and specialized cargo solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, exporters, importers, and logistics partners.
  • Prepare competitive quotations and proposals that align with company profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service execution.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent FITS Cargo at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales; Maldives market experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of air cargo operations, documentation, and international trade processes.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English; Dhivehi language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and travel when required.
