FITS Cargo is a hybrid physical–virtual cargo carrier, delivering efficient and seamless global transportation solutions. As an IATA-designated airline with extensive interline partnerships and a worldwide network of General Sales Agents (GSAs), we ensure dependable delivery across continents.
We are seeking a driven Sales Executive / Sales Manager to lead our growth in Myanmar. Based ideally in Yangon, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, strengthening relationships with key accounts, and driving air cargo sales across the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in air freight and cross-border logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, consignees, and industry partners.
- Prepare competitive quotations and proposals in line with company profitability goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure service excellence and timely delivery.
- Represent FITS Cargo at trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales; Myanmar market experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international cargo handling and shipping documentation.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English; Burmese language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a competitive, fast-paced market.
