Import Specialist

Job responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers about import cabinet delivery plans and import scheduling
• Responsible for reviewing and making import documents, and complete system document making;
• Collect the materials and relevant certificates required for import and export;
• Connect with the customs broker, recover the import and export declaration form and upload to the system to ensure the closed-loop of the import process;
• Assist in handling import customs clearance exceptions and trucking transport planning;
• Assist the Finance Department to organize the documents collection required for imported goods;
• Responsible for the import business ledger and follow up the reconciliation with suppliers.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree, 2 years of import and export customs operation experience, experience in home appliance industry is preferred, customs clearance and inspection certificate is preferred;

2. Familiar with international trade theory, import and export customs clearance professional knowledge, bonded processing trade, commodity coding and classification, import and export customs declaration, etc.;

3. Have the ability to find and identify common problems in business operation, and handle abnormal problems according to existing processes and clear solutions;

4. Possess the ability to prevent and avoid risks in import and export and bonded business, ensure business compliance, and be able to effectively solve abnormal problems in import business.

5. Proficient in English and Chinese, able to communicate in both oral and written language. Strong interpersonal、problem-solving、teamwork skills.
