Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Assistant Sales Manager at Nippon Paint (Myanmar) Co., Ltd in Yangon. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing Sales & Marketing strategies, creating promotional materials, conducting market research, and analyzing marketing performance to drive admissions success. Developing sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.

Qualifications

• Sales & Marketing Strategy and Social Media Management skills

• Experience in the FMCG industry or admissions counselling is preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in-service management software and tools.
